Step 1: Evaluate customers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We provide customers with suggestions on how to apply the plasma system to their processes, as well as the types of plasma equipment suitable for their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Raw material analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to technically evaluate the applicability of plasma treatment raw materials, we provide support in reviewing chemical analysis (provided by the customer) before advancing the plasma project to the next stage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Feasibility study<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can provide comprehensive feasibility study reports to meet customers' personalized requirements, from desktop research to on-site investigation and physical testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

System scheme research<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can provide a complete set of research reports, including chemical analysis of raw materials and products, leachate test and various microstructure and material properties test. We can also use the software package to carry out thermodynamic modeling of customers' raw materials. Detailed 3D CAD drawings can also be provided when viewing the existing process and equipment installation in the new plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial modeling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our technology can be expanded and configured according to local conditions. We cooperate with customers to develop customized business models, detailing revenue, operating expenditure, capital expenditure and return on investment, which meet customers' own requirements. Test (plant operation). We are able to provide customers with on-site testing of raw materials in our plasma test facilities, which enables customers to witness the plasma in action and full visibility of processes, emissions and residues. Step 7: Commissioning and training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the commissioning phase, we ensure that each operating component of the plant is inspected and tested, and that its customers have received the correct training to provide them with the expertise required to operate the new plasma facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 8: Continuous service and support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
